NO Shipping to the following countries: India, Malaysia, UAE, Singapore, Japan, Mexico, Brazil. 

Production Time | 10 - 14 Days

Custom orders typically take anywhere from 10-14 days to be manufactured; depending on the brand. With the exception of Sino Doll which can take up to 30 days. 

Shipping Time | 7 - 10 Working Days

Shipping is tracked and completely free of charge and can take anywhere between 7-10 working days to be delivered depending on delivery country.

Shipment Tracking & Privacy

Like any high-value item, you can expect award winning couriers using the most up-to-date online tracking systems. The moment your doll is dispatched, a link will be emailed to you - enabling you to track your doll's progress in real time. Each shipment is insured and guaranteed to your door with the fastest possible service available to us. You can even sign up for text message alerts with your courier, so you'll get updates at each stage.

We do not expect your doll to be anyone else's knowledge but yours (and maybe customs). This is why we employ strict privacy protocol with all shipments. There will be no indication on the outside of the box describing the contents. Chances are - your delivery man won't even know the contents of your shipment and we like to keep it that way. All you'll have to do is sign and say thank you.

COVID 19 | EXPECT UP TO 30 DAYS EXTENDED SHIPPING TIMES. 

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic - couriers around the world are experiencing unprecedented numbers grounded flights, leading to severe limitations on their operating capacity. This means that for certain countries (mainly in Europe), customers may experience up to a 30 day extended shipping time, beginning from the moment your doll is first scanned on your tracking page. For more information, please read our COVID-19 delay shipping terms.

Due to unforeseen circumstances caused by the 2020 COVID-19 global pandemic you agree to accept an extended shipping time of up to 30 days, hereby referred to as “COVID-19 Delay”. The COVID-19 delay will commence from the courier’s date of first scan as displayed by your parcel’s online tracking data. The COVID-19 delay measures are set in place due to a global lack of commercial flights, leading to extended wait times. We do not guarantee that your order will be negatively affected by the COVID-19 delay. You accept that we may keep the COVID-19 delay in place until further notice.

**Please note – any financial complaint, Paypal dispute or chargeback will result in a mandatory 45 day “review period” by the bank, meaning an extended wait period, during which time your order will likely be delivered. 

SECTION 22 – Damage and/or imperfections upon arrival – SD Guarantee Terms

For the SD guarantee to be valid, any discrepancies found with you items must be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving your doll. Contact us, or email support at support@sexdolls.com

When reporting any issues, please be sure to include as much detail in your description as possible with detailed photo and/or video evidence. 

We take all claims extremely seriously and so you are required to provide supporting evidence each detail mentioned in your claim. 

You are also required to provide high quality photo and/or video evidence of the entire box in which your item has arrived, from all angles. This will also include any photo evidence provided by the courier at the time of delivery. If we are not able to obtain this from the courier, then you are required to provide the couriers photo evidence, as the legal recipient.

LIMITATIONS

It is very important that you report any problems to our support team before using the doll. Due to strict hygiene regulations, we are not able to replace or refund any item which has been used by the customer.

Furthermore, we will not cover the following:

Skin imperfections – as each doll is hand crafted, there may be very small differences in the skin from one doll to the next. These are completely normal and doll owners usually refer to these as “characteristics” which give their doll a unique feel. Although any major defects are found during our quality control inspection, if you discover anything we may have missed, please let us know.

Nails – as nails are loosely adhered to the skin to allow each customer to remove, paint and re-attach, we cannot cover loose nails as they are shipped like this for a reason.

Make-up – each dolls make-up is applied by hand, this means that very slight differences in make-up are completely normal. However, should you find a major problem, please do let us know.

Eyelashes – each doll comes with a a protective eye mask as this is a delicate area. If anything becomes loose, simply re-attach using TPE safe glue.
